Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories where reasonably possible.

After notifying us of your return, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Items that show signs of wear, damage or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may be subject to a deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

• Personalised, engraved or custom-made products
• Earrings or hygiene-sensitive items where a qualifying hygiene seal has been removed
• Any other items legally exempt from cancellation rights

Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item.

Where the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return in accordance with UK consumer law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional cost for express or premium delivery is non-refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items can be returned where your statutory cancellation rights apply, unless the product falls within one of the legally permitted exclusions above.
