Product information
Vaping information & customer care
Read the manufacturer’s specifications and warnings, check compatibility and use official guidance for age restrictions and recycling.
Understand the device information
Check the exact model, manufacturer instructions and listed specifications. Illustrations are not a substitute for the information supplied with a product. Contact our team when a specification or safety warning is unclear.
Check compatibility
Components are not interchangeable simply because they look alike. Refer to the manufacturer’s compatibility information for the exact device. Do not assume that a different pod, coil or charger will be suitable.
Age-restricted information
Restricted catalogue areas require the store age check. Vaping products are not intended for children. Follow the age restrictions and warnings associated with the product and your location.
Recycling and single-use products
The UK ban on the sale and supply of single-use vapes took effect on 1 June 2025. Vapes and their batteries require appropriate electrical-waste collection. Contact our team about recycling arrangements and consult the official guidance rather than placing electrical devices in household waste.
